How do I get started?

It’s easy! Simply sign up for the growth plan of your choosing. After payment you’ll be directed to provide us details for targeting, by identifying relevant accounts and hashtags in your niche, and other helpful details.

Afterwards, we’ll carry out our initial targeting research and begin growing your account.

Is SocialMortal for me?

Do you work with all accounts/ niches?

Most, yes. Your account must follow Instagram’s terms and conditions. Accounts containing X-rated content such as complete nudity, or anything promoting the use of illegal drugs, suicide, or violence will be rejected from our service.

Can I purchase multiple subscriptions?

Do you work on corporate accounts?

Yes. We manage Instagram accounts for several small and well-known brands (discreetly, of course 🙂).

Do you work with agencies?

Indeed we do. In fact, many of our clients are agencies who are offloading the time-consuming work to our team. For some agencies, we’re handling their entire portfolio of client accounts.

When working with agencies, we perform our service on a white-label basis:

  • SocialMortal never interacts directly with the agency’s clients.
  • SocialMortal works with the agency to onboard the client account, and perform the login process.
  • SocialMortal works with the agency to determine the targeting for the client account.
  • SocialMortal invoices the agency directly if on a custom plan, otherwise the agency can sign up to any of our existing plans.

Using SocialMortal

Can I use my account while on SocialMortal?

Yes, our growth service is designed to work along side your day-to-day Instagramming. In fact, we encourage you to continue to use your account and stay active with posting and such while we handle the targeting and growth in the background. Staying active with fresh content ensures your best results while using SocialMortal.

Are the followers real?

Of course! SocialMortal is an organic Instagram growth and marketing service. We engage with real, targeted users who convert to followers. If you’re looking to purchase fake followers, please look elsewhere.

How do you grow my Instagram account?

Through the use of various growth strategies, we identify and target specific accounts that are likely to follow, engage, or purchase from you. Such activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Targeting & Research – through analysis of competitors, similar accounts, hashtags, and location, we can determine a target list of users to engage with for growth.

Do I need to share my username and password?

Yes. Access to your account is required for us to carry out growth interactions and engage with users from your account.

Will my password be safe?

We’ll watch over it like our first born.  Since your Instagram account is connected to YOUR email and phone number it can never be ‘hacked’ or hijacked without you being alerted first.

And we’re not in the business of scamming. We’re in the business of growth and success!

What if I change my username/ password?

Very important – Immediately after changing your Instagram username or password, you MUST re-authorize your account with us in order to continue your service! Simply contact us, providing the new login details and we can continue your service with minimal interruption.

What about my privacy?

One of the best parts about our service and that your Instagram is still YOURS. When working with your account via our tools, we make sure to completely avoid your DMs, personal stories and we don’t post content on your account (unless requested).

Can I keep 2-factor authentication (2FA) enabled?

Unfortunately not. The reason is that you’ll receive a security verification multiple times per day while we login to work on your account. That will result in constantly having to resubmit the security code to our team and these expire after a while. This results in loss of time and productivity for us, as well as a dependency on you to be available on demand. Therefore, it’s not worth going through this hassle daily.

I’m not seeing any results yet?

Please allow at least 2-3 days for our team to do their job, and demonstrate results. The first day is usually reserved to review your Sign Up Form as a team, discuss targeting strategy, carry out research and identify quality targets.

Keep in mind that we do NOT sell followers or likes. We are essentially acting as your dedicated Instagram Growth team, and our service is time-consuming and manual. Quality results take time.

What results can I expect?

Increased growth and engagement all around – More followers, likes, posts reach, account visits, story views etc. Bare in mind, results are based on your account content, niche, feed vibe and such, and how well all this relates with your audience.

What are the exchange rates?

Differences in prices may vary according to the time an order is placed, and the time the payment is processed. When an order or refund is processed, it will be generated in US Dollars.
