How do I get started?

It’s easy! Simply sign up for the growth plan of your choosing. You’ll be directed to our onboarding form where you’ll provide us with some information about your account, niche and other. Then after successful payment, we’ll make the necessary preparations and begin growth on your account.

Is SocialMortal for me?

Instagram is the fastest growing social media platform with over 900 million monthly users. This means that we can reach any target audience regardless of your Instagram goals. Whether you’re just starting out or have already established a small audience, SocialMortal will help you grow.

Is your service safe?

Do you work with agencies/ social media managers?

Indeed we do. In fact, many of our clients are agencies and SMM’s who are outsourcing some of their workload to our team. For some agencies we’re even handling their entire portfolio of Instagram client accounts.

When working with agencies, we perform our service on a white-label basis:

  • SocialMortal never interacts directly with the agency’s clients.
  • SocialMortal works with the agency to onboard the client account, and perform the login process.
  • SocialMortal works with the agency to determine the targeting for the client account.
  • SocialMortal invoices the agency directly if on a custom plan, otherwise the agency can sign up to any of our existing plans.

*All of the above is usual protocol, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

Using SocialMortal

Can I use my account while on SocialMortal?

Yes, our growth service is designed to work alongside your day-to-day Instagramming. In fact, we encourage you to continue using your account and staying active with posting and such while we handle your growth in the background. Staying active with fresh content ensures your best results while using SocialMortal.

Are these followers real?

Of course, 100%. SocialMortal is an organic Instagram growth and marketing service. We engage with real, targeted users who choose to become your followers. If you’re looking to purchase fake followers/engagement, please look elsewhere.

How do you grow my Instagram account?

Through the use of various growth strategies, we identify and target specific users that are likely to follow and engage with your content. We bring their attention to your account mainly through the use of (but not limited to):

  • Following – We follow accounts that fit your target audience. These are all real, quality users likely to engage with you or your business. This is by far the most impactful method to grow accounts. After some time, we unfollow users who don’t reciprocate or engage as much.
  • Likes – We like content within your niche, which usually encourages others to visit your account, bringing you more exposure and potential followers. If done right, it also increases your engagement rate.

Do I need to share my password?

Yes. Access to your account is required for your growth manager to connect and carry out growth actions via your account.

Will my password be safe?

We’ll watch over it like our first born! Your password is never shared with any third party, and only your account manager has access to it. We’re not in the business of scamming. We’re in the business of growth and success, and take this very seriously!

What if I change my username/ password?

Immediately after changing your Instagram username or password, you must provide your assigned account manager with the updated details so they can reconnect to your account and continue your growth with minimal interruption.

What about my privacy?

One of the best parts about our service is that your Instagram is still yours. While working with your account we completely avoid your DMs and stories, and we don’t post content on your account.

Can I keep 2-factor authentication (2FA) enabled?

Unfortunately not. The reason is that you’ll receive a security verification multiple times per day while we login to work on your account. That will result in constantly having to provide the security code to our team and these expire after a while.

This results in a great loss of time and productivity for both us and you, as well as a demand for you to be available 24/7. Therefore, it’s not worth going through this hassle daily (and quite impossible).

What results can I expect?

Increased growth and engagement all around. So more followers, likes, posts reach, exposure, story views etc. Bare in mind though, that results are also based on your account content, niche, etc, and how well this relates with your audience.

We do all we can to put your account infront of interested eyes, but at the end of the day, they have to truly like your account and content for them to follow and engage. And we wouldn’t have it any other way; these are real people we’re talking about afterall.

I’m not seeing any results yet?

Please allow at least 2 business days for your growth manager to do their job and demonstrate results. The 2-3 days after starting is spent testing and analyzing data to identify quality targeting.

Keep in mind that we do not sell followers or likes. We are essentially your dedicated Instagram growth team and as a quality service, quality results take time.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods are available?

We currently only accept PayPal as our primary payment processor. You may choose multiple funding methods via your Paypal account (Paypal balance, bank, credit, debit, etc)

What currency will I be charged in?

All charges are processed in USD. Upon checkout, you may see the price estimated in your local currency according to the current exchange rate.

What are the exchange rates?

Differences in prices may vary according to the time an order is placed, and the time the payment is processed. When an order or refund is processed, it will be generated in US Dollars. SocialMortal is not responsible for differences in exchange rates from when an order is placed, the payment is processed, or when a refund is processed.

Is it safe to purchase on this site?

As safe as it can get! We DO NOT access your credit card or any other payment information, or store it in anyway. Your payment information is processed through the highly secured servers of Paypal who ensure the maximum safety for your payment credentials.

Moreover, this website is secured using trusted Secured Socket Layer. This ensures that all information you send us via the internet will be encrypted using a 128 Bit SSL security.

Can I have a refund?

SocialMortal offers several non-tangible irrevocable goods that we DO NOT issue refunds for once the order is completed. You, as a customer are responsible for understanding this upon subscribing for any services on www.socialmortal.com.

Potential valid refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. Typically, only new clients may be eligible for a refund. Multiple factors are taken into consideration, of which may include (but not limited to): amount of account management provided, amount of followers and growth received, date of subscription, contract period binding, subscription type, past experience with the Service and account manager feedback.
